Q: What is rotational cleaning?
A: American Maids rotational cleaning is performing one major task on each cleaning visit. For example, on the first visit we concentrate on the bathrooms. Then on the next visit we concentrate on the kitchen, so on and so on. Plus, every visit has the basics such as: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and general dusting.
Q: What type of cleaning will I receive?
A: American Maids is a full service cleaning company and is proudly owned and operated by Professional Cleaning Services, Inc. During your scheduled cleaning visits, you can expect a thorough and complete cleaning . As a general rule - we can clean anything from top-to- bottom and wall-to-wall.
Q: How many people will come to my house?
A: American Maids cleaning teams generally consist of two trained residential cleaning specialists (RCS). On occasion and depending on the size of the home and other scheduling factors, we may send three RCS’s. For continuity, we will always try to send the same cleaning team to your home for each scheduled visit.
Q: Do I have to provide any supplies or equipment?
A: No. All American Maids cleaning teams will arrive with everything they need to accomplish your cleaning. If you have any specific questions or concerns, do not hesitate to ask the lead RCS on site. They will be glad to assist you in any way.
Q: Are you insured and bonded?
A: Absolutely. All American Maids employees carry full liability and worker compensation insurance, are 100% bonded, and have been cleared through back-ground checks and drug screening prior to hire. We only hire the best. Only a select few make it through our hiring process so you know you are getting the best of the best.
Q: Do I have to be home during my cleaning?
A: No. But that is entirely up to you. Most of our cleanings are done during the day while the homeowners are away. American Maids takes extra security precautions while we are at your home. All keys are coded and have no identifying addresses attached. All keys are locked in a secure lockbox in our office when not in use. If you have a security alarm, you can either deactivate on your cleaning day or provide our office with a “Maid Code” for access. When we are finished cleaning, the cleaning team ensures the home is secure and all doors and windows are locked upon exit.
